Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That’s how the light gets in.

How I can help
Life can be hard. Are you interested in exploring how to live a more fulfilling life?
We can work together towards cultivating joy, and peace– even when things are difficult. Life can feel like you are at the crossroads–and you are not sure which way to go. Which way is your way towards healing and self-compassion? Which way is often not clear, life is full of transitions and change.
It can feel overwhelming.
I will help support you so that you will find your way back to center.
Effective therapy contributes to an increased sense of freedom and choice, whether that means changing habits, or perspective, or both. Sometimes, change in therapy is so inspiring that your life can change in big ways, making new choices. Other times, change can happen more subtly and gently– over time.
Change happens when you are ready….if you feel a longing to shift things in your life around– so that you feel more alive and less stagnant…then this is the time to make a change! Whether for yourself, or your loved one.
